1. Click the Registration Form link on your Home Page.
  2. You will be presented with the Membership Registration Form, which you are expected to fill Online and Submit.
    Critical Issues on the Form:
    • Please Note that the red asterisks (*) indicates mandatory fields.
    • Make sure you enter a current and valid Email Address.
  3. After submission, you will see a Preview of the Form which you have felt, you are expected to do a proper check on the form you have filled, if you have any correction to make, click the back button to go back to the form. If not, Click the Submit Button.
  4. After final submission of the form, an acknowledgement is sent to your email.
  1. Click the Membership Status link on your Home Page.
  2. Follow the On-Screen Instruction by supplying your Staff ID and click on the "Check Status" Button.
    Critical Issues:
    • Please supply the correct Staff ID as you did on the Membership Registration Form.
  1. Click the Member Login link on your Home Page.
  2. Supply your Staff ID and Password which must have been sent to your Email Address upon your Membership Approval and Click the Login Button.
  3. Upon successful Login you are compelled to read our Terms and Agreement, which you must accept to proceed into your account.
 
 


  The My Account Statement Submenu gives you a statement of your account runnings, which is segmented into Savings, Loans and Pool Funds
  The My Outstanding Loans submenu shows all the loans you are owing.

  The My Payroll Deductions submenu shows the monthly deductions from your payroll for your savings and loan recovery.

  The My Finished Loans submenu shows all the loans that have been fully repaid and the total encumbered amount in the Savings.

  The My Phone Lines/Bills submenu gives detailed information about all your phone lines and the bills which you have accumulated over a period of time. It also shows the bill balances that are yet to be paid up.
Loan Application Status
  The Loan Application Status submenu shows all loans you have applied for and their states. The loans might have been approved, pending or disapproved.

Savings Withdrawal Form
  The Savings Withdrawal Form is used to make withdrawals from your savings. It also gives information about your balances. To make withdrawals, fill in the amount to withdraw and select the payment method. Select payroll if you want the withdrawal to be paid with your salary or bank transfer if you want the cash to be transferred into your bank account. Do not forget to also state the reason for the withdrawal.

Loan Application Form
  The Loan Application Form is used to apply for loans. To apply for a loan, you should also select the type of loan, type in the loan amount and the payment period. You should also specify the method of payment, i.e. either by Payroll or Bank Transfer.Check the agreement box after reading and agreeing with the terms and conditions (of the specified loan) stated below. Click the Submit button.

Savings to Loans Transfer Request
  This form is used to transfer funds from savings as a payment option for loans (Remember that you have to specify a payment method when applying for a loan). To transfer from savings to loans, you select the outstanding loan which you want to pay back (you may have more than one), specify the amount to be transferred and also select the month and year in which this transfer should take effect.

Loan Repayment Reschedule
  The Loan Repayment Reschedule form is used to reschedule the payment of loans. To reschedule loan repayment, select the loan category and select the particular loan to be rescheduled, then the outstanding balance is displayed.

Change Monthly Savings
  This form is used to change the amount of savings you want to start saving. The form would display the current savings amount you specified when applying. You then specify the new amount you want to start saving and the month and year you want it to take effect. Click the submit button.

  To apply for a phone contract;
1. Select the network.
2. Select the prefererred line

Share Capital Purchase Variation
  This form is used to buy more shares. It displays the current amount of shares you specified during registration. It also shows the total amount of shares capital you have repaid. To buy more shares;
1. Specify the number of units you would like to purchase.
2. You should also specify the payment period.
3. Specify the month and year you want to start repaying the shares capital for the new shares you purchased.

Retire From Society
  Fill this form when you want to retire from the cooperative society. It shows the total welfare and savings you have, and the total share units you have bought to date.

To retire from the cooperative society;

  1. Select the month and year you want to retire.
  2. Then click the submit button.

Commodity Loan Application (Stockable Items)
  The commodity loan application module is used to apply for loan on commodities / items that the cooperative stocks.

To apply for a commodity loan;

  1. Select a stock category.
  2. Select the stock item.
  3. The screen displays the Product name, product description, unit(s) in stock, selling price.
  4. There is another field, purchase quantity, this is where you enter the number of items you want to purchase.
  5. Then click Add to Basket to complete the transaction.

  This commodity loan application module is used to apply for loan on commodities / items that are not stocked by the cooperative.

To apply for a non-stockable commodity loan;

  1. Select the creditor from the drop-down list.
  2. Also, select the item.
  3. Also enter the amount, quantity, repayment period and the item description.
  4. Then click the Submit button.
